According to Article 8 of the Charter, AIDA Conferences convene
at the call of the Chairman of the Executive Council. Such
Conferences may be global or regional in scope. The following
Conferences, shown in reverse chronological order, have been

AIDA III - 3rd International Conference on Water Law and
Administration
A global AIDA Conference held in Alicante and Valencia, Spain,
from 11 to 13 December 1989.
