New publication by AIDA member Bernard Drobenko
In the book ‘Le Droit à l’eau: une urgence humanitaire’ (the right to water: a humanitarian emergency), published by Editions Johanet, Paris, 2010, B. Drobenko dwells on the need to consider the right to water as a fundamental right, in accordance with the Resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly in July, 2010.
