The Conference ‘The Columbia River Basin:Learning from our Past to Shape our Future‘ is the fourth international Transboundary Columbia River Conference to be co-onvened by the Columbia Basin Trust and the Northwest Power and Conservation Council. Conference topics include: ecosystem management, science and policy issues, water governance (including the Columbia River Treaty), energy, climate change, interests and issues of First Nations and Tribes, and regional art and culture. The conference will bring together leaders and community members to discuss the future of the entire Columbia River Basin.
