The Columbia River Basin: Learning from our Past to Shape our Future, Spokane, Washington, 21-23 October 2014

The Conference ‘The Columbia River Basin:Learning from our Past to Shape our Future‘, which is co-convened by the Columbia Basin Trust and the Northwest Power and Conservation Council, intends to provide a forum for participants to explore major transboundary themes such as: ecosystem function, salmon restoration & fish passage, climate change, energy, transboundary river governance, and regional issues, such as the Columbia River Treaty.
