Interactive Online Session: International Water Law and Transboundary Groundwater, 15 June at 3 pm
The Global Water Partnership (GWP) and the International Water Law Academy (IWLA) of Wuhan University are co-organizing an interactive online series called the ‘Transboundary Freshwater Security Governance Train.’ This series is a part of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Governance for Transboundary Freshwater Security, and consists of six sessions tackling different transboundary water governance topics from an international water law perspective. The next session will take place on 15 June at 3 pm Stockholm time and will cover the topic of international water law and transboundary groundwater. It will explore the different ways in which transboundary groundwaters are governed and will present selected experiences and challenges. The event is interactive, with opportunity for each participant to communicate with speakers and others in attendance.
